I will receive the Zoom meeting link/passcode/phone number, for my personal use only & will not share I will visit the Membership Meeting webpage to review the Board Candidates and access the Agenda, Prior Year’s Minutes for approval, access our UVC Bylaws and access the Proposed UVC Bylaw Changes which will require a vote I will visit the Board Candidates webpage to review the candidates I will think of a member to nominate for next year’s Nominating Team as we will vote in one member and an alternate

I will not share the Zoom link/passcode with others I will stay muted unless I raise my hand and am called upon to unmute & speak I will use the full name of all members on my zoom screen name and have my video on for attendance voting purposes during the meeting

Please note: Members with a giving record are automatically renewed annually per our bylaws. Members without record of any financial contribution in the past year will receive a notice requesting confirmation of membership status so UVC can keep you active in the database. Together, we are grateful for the giving and serving consciousness of our membership and our collective commitment of our membership to Spirit through Unity Village Chapel. What a gift to co-create together!
